Memphis' Incredible Pizza Company

"We were very disappointed with our visit. Many of the games weren't working. Too many weren't working. I lost count on the number of times someone in our party had to go to the counter to have money put back on a card. At one point, I insisted that someone come to what I call the toddler area to unplug or make a sign for the games that were inoperable. Too many children swiped their card, lost their money, and their parents not know. It's like a scheme to fleece you. The parents or guardians do not know how the card is being depleted so quickly. So unknowingly, the card is reloaded. One game, requires squeezing a water gun with the intent of reaching the target in the mouth. The water pressure for that game is too low to even reach the target! Child after child swiped their card to leave disappointed. This is not one off. Multiple games were inoperable. Air hockey game didn't have the shot puck or disc. I'm not sure what it's called. The children in our party was disappointed as well as some other guest. It's a ripoff. There should be a service day to repair those machines. As well as have an attendant in the toddler area to make sure the bigger, teens, and tween children do not run over the younger, smaller children. There's just too much to type."

"We brought our son for his 2cd birthday. We were pleasantly surprised with the options at the buffet, the pizza options were really good, as well as the salad bar, there were hot dogs and nachos, and there was even a small section of Southern fare. They had a couple different 50s themed rooms to sit, it was really cute. In the arcade there is a Tiny Town that was more appropriate for his age level. A little pricey, but everything these days are. The employees were all very nice, the place was clean and our birthday boy had a blast!"

"1st time here, it's like Chuck E. Cheese on steroids x10 LOL. This place is HUGE! Pizza was ok, great salad bar, plenty of desserts, but the entertainment area was much too warm. Seems like the eating area had good a/c but not so much in the back where ALL the kids love to be. Didn't rate the service as it's a buffet, so we served ourselves, although the staff up front were friendly and helpful. All in all, it's a good place for the kids, but much too chaotic for this Gigi."

"LOVE this place! It's well maintained/CLEAN! The food is fresh and tastes great plus they have a great variety! The eating area is "so cool" according to the kids--the theatre/movies/cartoons, music and overall ambiance. The games were all functioning well, no issues. It's a totally legit arcade and indoor theme park--rides and ALL! we had a group ages 4 to 40 and EVERYONE had a blast! This is a MUST VISIT if you're in the Memphis area or as a long stop on a road trip or just make a day of it! We drove 3 hrs and it was TOTALLY WORTH IT! Oh yeah, can't forget the one-of-a-kind staff! The main guy, Mr. Michael, he's so professional but not too professional to check in on the guests/customers and his employees. Also, Joshua was so awesome in the game area... he helped my kids have a BLAST! Thanks Josh!"
