"This Cici's was great and had more salad bar options than others I had been to. The sweet tea was so good. I made a VIP with the lemonade. Pizza was hot and fresh and the bar was appealing to the eye. Enjoyed this place with my husband and teenage/preteen kids after a basketball game. Laid back atmosphere with games available for the kids."
"When I looked up the time to see what time Cici’s closed I seen where it said 10:00 and I didn’t realized that was for to go orders and dine in closed at 9:00. We showed up about 8:45 and was instantly greeted by the whole staff and not rushed to finish our meals or anything and they made sure they got fresh pizza out for us. I didn’t even know the restaurant was closed until we were finishing up and leaving around 9:30ish and when I apologized for being those Karen’s that showed up right before closing and stayed while they were closed because I really had no idea, they reassured me that it was no problem! Truly appreciate the kindness my family received tonight! Will be returning!"
"Food was terrible an cold the workers even let people come in an eat free they had to be friends or relatives the entire dinning area was dirty trash plates an cups every were they didn't start cleaning up till people start coming in young woman was asking for refund.If you want to catch covid go there I will not be returning on GERMANTOWN PKWY you don't have to tell me WELCOME TO CICI'S ANYMORE I'm only giving one star so i could write a review I should have called RICHARD RANSON FROM CHANEL 5 SO HE COULD TELL THEM CLEAN UPPPPPP!!!!!!"
"This was by far the worst experience ever. I have never been to a buffet that never had food on it . And I mean like for more than 20 min at a time it was no food out there were 6 at least employees that I saw . The line to enter was consistent and upon entry people was noticing no food. So we began to talk about it and other guest said it had been like that earlier in the week I think this is very inappropriate how can you properly run a business that suppose to be a buffet and you can't even stock it for guest . Yet I snapped a pic and a worker was in the back but inn sight eating the pizza of his choice and oh yea the spinach pizza and buffalo chicken pizza posted say there for soooooo long nobody was getting it and it was the only choices for so long"
