"Excellent customer service and the boba here is so good and I love their many options for flavors and toppings!! Edit: if you get a flavor you do not like they will not replace it with something else, even though you only had 1 sip. I had to throw away a whole $8 drink because it was horrible, it was the house tea flavor. I've been going almost once a week for a while and that kind of turned me off of wanting to try anything else."
