Domino's Pizza

"Unfortunately had 2 bad experiences in the last 2 weeks. My boyfriend and I both ordered pizzas and both times our pizzas have been under cooked and just fall apart in the box when you go to grab a slice. We used to really enjoy this location and their pizzas but it isn’t what it used to be ☹️ won’t be ordering for a while"

"I had been craving a Domino's Pizza all day. I could just imagine the warm, gooey cheese and the savory toppings. I finally placed my order at 11 PM October 28th, Saturday night and eagerly awaited its arrival. I thought I heard a car in front of my house, and then footsteps on the porch. I immediately rushed to the door, thinking someone was there with my hot, delicious pizza. But the driver never knocked on the door. The next morning, my mother saw the pizza sitting on the table outside. The box was cold to the touch. I had specifically requested that the delivery driver knock on the front door so I could receive it. I brought the pizza inside and opened the box. The cheese was congealed and the toppings were wilted. The pizza was cold and unappetizing. I was disappointed and frustrated. I tried to heat up the pizza in the oven, but it was no use. The cheese was dry and the crust was hard. I couldn't even eat it. I was so disappointed with my Domino's Pizza experience that I did not ask for a refund. I had been looking forward to it all day, and it had turned out to be a complete disaster. At this point, I don't know if I will ever call Domino's Pizza again."

"Waited two hours on a delivery before going to pickup at the store. When I arrived, they couldn’t even located my pizza. Meanwhile, there were stacks of pizzas (approx 30 boxes) unaccounted for with 20 mins til store closing. 3 people working and no delivery drivers in sight the whole time I waited. Eventually, they gave up looking and just gave me someone else’s pizza. I came straight to google to see if this was just a random occurrence and sadly it’s not. This is an issue that’s been going on for a long time. Store should not even be in operation. Had to leave this review because I just couldn’t believe how terrible. Always had pretty good experience with Dominos but, I will never order from this location again. Looks like they have needed to up their staff for a long time and management is failing."

"Typically I don’t leave reviews but the service I received was terrible!!! I got the wrong order no toppings were on my pizza whatsoever and typically I wouldn’t complain but the pizza I did receive was just not cooked well at all! And when I tried to call the store to see if they could give me the refund or at least a replacement I was put on hold for 30 mins so eventually I just hung up so I wouldn’t have to listen to the annoying automated message over and over again. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again."
