"Terrible place to buy a vehicle. Day 1 it started leaking and found out the water pump went out. Day 2 the water pump was fixed got it home and there was no transmission fluid. We put in transmission fluid. Day 3 we were stranded and my husband had to walk 5 miles to get our other vehicle to come get me(pregnant) and our 2 year old daughter. It is winter so it was cold. And found out it was the alternator that went out. This cost us $170 with a discount for just the part. We fixed that and then a mechanic told us that the transmission is going out. Newmans refused to fix the alternator or the transmission problems. They did not care that we were stranded. Newmans also would not take it back or let us trade. Also kendalls salesman was very rude when we called and told him we were stranded and would not give us kendalls number or anything. We had to wait over a week(they were closed all week) to tell them about the transmission problems. I will never do business with them again. They did not put us in a safe or reliable vehicle for my family. Very dissapointed. I believe it is horrible they took advantage of us expecually knowing we had kids that were going to be in this vehicle. I do not think anyone should give them their time or money! Vehicles from there are not reliable!"
