Had several accounts previously under another manager however this one walked away mid transaction when I told her I didn’t need delivery but completely ignored me until another associate tried to help then she came back and refused the sale . Highly don’t recommend"

"I ordered a bed set and they forgot the headboard and nightstand. It took them a few weeks and multiple phone calls to get them delivered. Come to find out they added a separate bill for the headboard and nightstand, 32 a month, when I am already paying 130 a month for the set. I am being ripped off and when I pointed it out to the manager he said that 32 is for the extra headboard and nightstand. I said I only received one of each and he hungup. They also just leaned my headboard against the wall and the bed because they didn't have time to locate the screws to do it correctly in their truck. To this day I'm forced to pay the extra 32$ a month because the manager refuses to fix the issue and he's the only one who can according to the employees."
"I’m buying a bed from the store in Ripley, TN and they have been supposed to have come out to fix the frame for the past 4 days now and they still haven’t. I was told that they would be here between 3 and 7 Thursday and they never showed. They showed up at least an hour late on Friday and brought the wrong piece despite me telling them what piece they needed AND showing them pictures. They told me that they had to go get the correct piece from dyersburg, but I would be first on the list Saturday and they would be here between 9 and 11 but they never showed. I am VERY unsatisfied with my service from there."
