"Tried to order 2 number 14s which is breakfast burritos, lady kept asking what we wanted sausage or ham, then we explained sausage burrito, looked at screen and she had sausage burrito and some type of sandwiches tried explaining what our order was supposed to be, got nowhere! Had to finally leave, went to McDonald's had no problem ordering!"
"Even though it was busy, they took our order quickly. Then to our suprise the food was there in no time. We figured it would take a little while but they were really taking care of buisness. Great job to the staff at Sonic, and the management."
"Don't come here 40 minutes before they close. Their ice cream machine will "break" so you can't order anything with ice cream. It took us over 10 minutes just to place an order because the lady wouldn't respond to us during it. They got our drinks all wrong when even on the receipt it showed what drinks we ordered. Our food was cold and you could tell not fully cooked. I would chalk this up to lazy closing shift but we've been here during the day and had our orders wrong and messed up and incompetent employees."
"Ordered on app a half mile away in the grocery store parking lot for asap pick up since I had ice cream in 85 degree F heat in my trunk. Was told it would be ready in 5-7 min. 25 minutes after I check in from only 5 minutes up the street, I get my order. Gt the wack pack drink with no wacky pack. Then, I discovered the drink was incorrect. Once I had the complete order, I discovered most of the food was semi warm, like it had been sitting there the 25 minutes I waited instead of getting delivered. And my ice cream was half melted when I fi ally got home, 45 minutes after placing my app order. Very dissatisfied with this last visit at a normally very good Sonic."
