"My husband got some food at 7:45 last night. By 2 am he was throwing up, he got food poisoning. He even said that he got a bump on his tongue within 5 mins of his first bite. He was sick all night and was not able to go to work today. Please train your staff on proper food handling techniques. Feeding the public matters."

"This was absolutely the worse experience ever! I usually love DQ but this time it was horrible. When I first got there I couldn't understand the person taking the order because it sounded like he had the mic in his mouth. When I mentioned that to him he just started talking louder like that made a difference. We got our food and it was cold and super dry. You could stand the burger on its side and it wouldn't fall. You can tell how dry it is from the pictures and that's hard to do. The bun was so hard it hurt the roof of your mouth when you bit into it. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the service and food that my wife and I received. If you look at their reviews they are gradually getting worse. I hope Management has noticed this place is going down hill fast!!"
