"TL;DR: They listen, sales aren't pushy, and they have a decent variety. My daughter decided she wanted her own recliner and we decided it would be a good experience for her to learn to save up, research, and buy something large. Every place we went to kept asking us how we felt and what we wanted and ignored her after we explicitly stated she was saving up for it and she was halfway there. Here though, they not only talked to her, they answered her questions and educated her on types of fabric and features available. It was never pushy, but still a well guided sale. In contrast a few places assumed they wouldn't get a sale and just walked away. Well today she got enough from Christmas and she took her mother back to pick up a chair. They remembered her and were friendly while closing the sale. The selection wasn't endless, but several styles, colors and features were represented. The prices were pretty decent and the quality was excellent for the price. I don't buy furniture often (once every handful of years), but this is the first place I'll be looking next time."
