"I have never had a good experience with the current service department. I've tried to order parts only to be told that I have to order the entire dash to get 1 simple part. Carlock, in Jackson, had zero problem ordering that 1 part for me that same day. I tried to get an appointment recently and without even knowing what it was for I was told it had to be before a certain time because it would take too long. I called Carlock and they actually asked what I needed done before trying to tell me how long it would take. Christy is who I've always had to speak to and she's very rude."
