"After a very unacceptable experience with the service dept with my 2020 Colorado (under 6k miles) I called Chevy Cust Service who reached out to dealership. Service manager called me and tried to chastise me for calling Chevy Corporate, yelling at me that I was lucky he doesn’t cancel my powertrain warranty for getting my oil changed and a non Chevy filter being used (Chevy Corp laughed at this, promising to reinstate it if he did). After this phone call, with the level of arrogance, unprofessionalism and horrible customer service from the Service Mgr, I would rather make payments on a Chevy bought in Murray before I would accept a free vehicle from Peppers…… GO TO MURRAY - A DEALERSHIP THAT WOULD NEVER TREAT A NEW CHEVY OWNER THAT WAY."

"Bought a 2016 chevrolet silverado 1500 high country from them in 2019. The truck has a 8 sp transmission and i bought the extented warranty out to 100,000 miles. I was told i oaid for the bumler to bumper warranty to 100,000 and the lifetime powertrain warranty. The truck now has 112,000 miles and started throwing transmission codes and going into limp mode. Apparently they will not honor the lifetime powertrain warranty if you change your own oil and do your own maintenance on any of thier vehicles. Horrible experience. I would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from these guys. Their slogan "home of the lifetime powertrain warranty" is a lie. Then they also try to say if the vehicle has more than 50,000 miles when you buy it they will not cover a lifetime powertrain warranty. However, if it is a lifetime powertrain warranty, then why would it matter how many miles it had on it when you buy it. Lol. They are all frauds!!!"
