Steadfast Coffee

"The coffee was great, a nice bittersweet latte. The only complaint I have is that they seemed to have a pretty limited selection of pastries/food when I went there but that’s about it."

"Solid breakfast and barista. The avocado toast was very good, and the coffee was hot. It was a bit overpriced but food was good. It was nice to be able to sit outside, eat, and enjoy the fall foliage. I would probably go back. The people that work there were really kind and seemed to enjoy working there."

"From an out-of-towner, definitely the best roaster in town. Smooth to the last drop and extremely aromatic. I didn't choose a heavy food option but was met with much delight when I asked for avocado and it was presented to me in a beautiful way that tasted incredibly delicious. I have not had an avocado taste so good since I was in California several years ago. The main roaster was sweet and kind to her customers and treated all as they were regulars. The atmosphere, the service and the quality of what I received are all reasons why I will definitely return back to this location. You should not hesitate to make a trip!"

"I’ve been several times now and the coffee (the butterscotch cappuccino is SO GOOD!!) and food here is alright, but the service is a little lacking. Everyone is really sweet but I never get my coffee before my food, and my food is always too crispy (the toast and the avocado toast) or cold. I don’t like that most things aren’t reusable here like the cutlery and cups. I only get a reusable glass if I order the cappuccino (I think that’s because it’s not ordered often, though I’m not sure why because it is delicious!) or water. They’ve changed their menu recently and got rid of the food that really brought me in and kept me coming (rip avocado tartine with labneh and the burrito). Overall I would say it’s an alright experience, but it’s no longer my favorite brunch/coffee spot."

"I was a little confused on how to get into place. There's actually a few different ways to walk up. Once I found it. It was an enjoyable atmosphere. Very quiet. It is kind of interesting the beautiful nature and trees that they have on the outside. But right over the fence you have an electrical grid unit clearly visible. Kind of throws everything a little off. But other than that it's very nice. I do wish there was more coffee options and latte options then there was. Also I was kind of hoping for a little bit of a sweeter taste to the coffee that I had ordered. I ordered a butterscotch latte. It wasn't very strong on the flavor of butterscotch or of sweetener. Could use a little bit more kick."
