Ichiban is the only place to get sushi and hibachi. The food and service is always great. Great prices also. If you've not tried it you're missing out."

"Family dining for Japanese cuisine. We each had an hibachi plate; meats we're well cooked and came with rice, soup, and salad. Bowl of Yum Yum sauce to share. Great place to get crafted Sushi as well!"

"I have been eating here since they opened and they never disappoint. The sushi is great and the hibachi is too! The staff is friendly. The owner, Calvin, is a super nice guy. He always remembers me, seems very glad to see me again, and never fails to ask about my daughter. I wouldn't expect a small town like Springfield to have sushi this good, but yet they do! Great sushi, friendly staff and a hometown feel. If you like sushi, you'll love Ichiban!"
