"Came for lunch today. Ordered two salads and two sodas. After waiting twenty minutes, there was no food. No update from the server. Greeter told us there were only three servers at the time. We decided to unburden them by leaving. Also noted that the rolls they bring to your table have shrunken considerably from what they were a month ago. We've had good meals and service here in the past, so we found this visit very puzzling."
"I coordinated our Company Christmas party at this facility. The manager Shelly was absolutely outstanding. She insured through the day that everything would go smooth, set the room up and had everything in picture perfect shape. Our waitresses Brooklyn and Maria were absolutely outstanding. The service they provided was five star And should be recognized within the organization as well at corporate level. I highly recommend using Logan‘s as a go to place with their event centers and the customer care that they provide can’t thank the staff enough for a job well done thank you all merry Christmas."
"Made a to go order and was VERY disappointed. My order was for the family (5 different orders) and 2 of our stakes were over done. No pink at all. The chicken Tenders were so small and BURNT that it wasn't even funny."
"We had an amazing experience here. We had a large party (7 folks) and we’re immediately seated on a Saturday afternoon. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and came out very quick!"
