"I started seeing Dr. J since my first trimester for prenatal adjustments in 2022. She is Webster Certify and I was recommended by a friend at my church. Dr. J was also able to diagnose the chronic shoulder and neck pain I had for years due to a really bad car accident that I had when I was a middle schooler and involved my neck which at that time the Dr who performed a physical check-up on the same day of the accident did not see any problems. However, my sister was sent to the emergency for surgery due to injuries that caused her appendix to burst. I forgot about that accident as it is over 25 some years ago. As of today, the adjustments and supplements helped my neck and shoulders pain, which it is gone. With the help of her nutritional expertise, she included supplements for my healing process as well as for my pregnancy. I planned on having a natural delivery with a midwife at the birth center; however, I had complications which ended as an emergency C-Section. I ended having high blood pressure after the birth of my baby due to the stress and everything that was happening. The Dr who delivered my baby at the hospital stated that I needed high blood pressure medication for to bring it down or else I needed to get admitted to the hospital for monitoring. I did not feel right about it. With all the other pain medications and plus this, I decided to not take the medication because I wanted to continue giving breast milk to my baby. Dr. J changed some of my supplements which are natural source vitamins and minerals and my blood pressure went down to where it was. And now, she also is taking care of my baby with adjustments due constipation and other things as well as cranial sacral therapy due to lip and tongue tie release procedure. And not to forget, her staff is awesome. Specially Colene! Both Dr. J and Colene have seen me through the whole pregnancy journey and now they see my baby girl. I feel very welcome and heard during my visits. If you are looking for a doctor that will listen to you and follows holistic medicine knowledge and procedures, I will really recommends Dr J."
