"I cannot express how amazing and thankful for the only company that helped my out. I literally Connot express that the way people treated others I went to 5 companies who even refuse to help me asking for help. I was stranded no money nothing not even water comfort inn was the worst just asking for a simple thing to do when you have your phone in your hands I said it only will take you a min to get me his number. I’m sorry I can’t. Back to circle K I don’t know what company was delivering but the guy gave me clothes a jump suit. You three are an incredible soul your kindness will not go unrecognized can you please find me his company name You have gained a client for life I will now go out of my way to go to u only that circle on the k should be a Halo I told you girls I would come back and pay you the minute I got to my house I passed out I said. I Will come back and pay you for it. I was beyond tired from waking I had blisters on my feet. From walking 620 round rock st David’s medical hospital which is close to the outlets and walked all the way back to my house in round rock- it was 39 degrees thank you thank you and if I forgot to put commas and period I’m sorry Im still cold from last night"

"I am one of the employees who works at this location i want to say that all our team members get along and we love are customers.i personally treat all my customers with lots of respect and they brighten my day. No matter with all my chemo treatments and and illnesses i still managed to go in. My customers showed me love and support and prayers.The manager Natalia we had managed too make sure i never missed my appts and even went out of her way to take me To my appts and The ER when i got too sick. I honestly dont think another company would do that its all about family.The circle k family"

"This morning I went into the circle k and I just had to leave a review. The attendant, Carol, went out if her way to make sure that everyone there felt welcome and seen. She was so friendly and a great credit to Circle K, a wonderful reminder that there are still employees out there that make a difference in their positions despite the working conditions (not complaining about the fountains being out, but instead, making sure functional items are stocked. Not complaining about workers not being there, but being friendly and acknowledging everyone and. working quickly and efficiently, explaining procedures to customers to speed up checkouts, to ensure she made up the difference in labor shortages. Kudos to you Carol and thank you for doing so much in a world when we see so little!!!!"

"The staff there are usually very friendly, but they don't last long. It's not uncommon for the inside of the store to be closed due to no staff. I signed up for the "sip-n-save" deal where you get a free fountain drink everyday. However, I canceled that subscription after one month. The fountain drink machines are constantly out, and if they're not out there are no cups. I usually look at the dispenser cone on the fountain drinks, and about half the time I turn around and walk outside because they're covered with crud. I don't think they clean these on a regular basis. The men's bathroom usually is covered with urine on the floor, and the odor can be smelled outside the closed door to the restroom. On days I visit. It's also not uncommon for them to be out of gasoline. All in all, it's just a poorly managed convenience store."

"Toilet paper in the bathroom was on the floor. And at 1245pm in the day its going to be busy, why only have one register open. You got 10 people standing in line which discouraged me from buying anything. So I just walked out. Other than that selection was good, gas prices was competitive, and everything was well stocked, and the windshield cleaner was clean and had paper towels stocked at gas pumps. That's why i gave 3 stars."
