"I love my 711 app/deals and that the store is located so close to my house, BUT I'd be remiss to not acknowledge the SERIOUS LACKING in customer service/communication. The gentleman in the morning working the early shift is ALWAYS very pleasant and polite. He greets everyone with a very enthusiastic attitude and also seems to be the only employee who can clearly understand your questions and in turn communicate the answers clearly and concisely... (Well besides the very rude woman who works that shift as well. Who one day out of the clear blue sky she refused service to my husband and myself and all because she swore up and down we had stolen a chocolate bar!! She saw us browsing candy and must've thought we removed some candy and were practicing our slight of hand for the big five finger discount!! She was yelling at us and kept saying "WHERE Is The HERSHEY!?!?" Over and over again, then she disappeared to the back, stomping her feet, I assume to watch the security CCTV feed. She never came back to the register to apologize & allow us to finish our purchase. We sat there flabbergasted and unsure of what exactly just happened. To this day she hasn't ever said sorry or waited on us ever again! The gentleman I mentioned earlier came to our rescue, picking up our items she had put up.behind the counter and ringing us up, with his usual smile and awesome energy! The gentlemen in the evening ALL cannot understand or communicate effectively with customers. You can ask questions or request a special variation for your pizza and it falls on ignorant/deaf ears. But what's funny is he knows enough English to awkwardly probe me about where my husband is when I happen to visit alone, he usually goes on to ask or say more but by this point I'm on auto pilot, blocking out the intrusion and my slightly uncomfortable second hand embarrassment. As long as you don't need to ask for something or verbally communicate with them to acquire the items or services needed you'll be fine! Lol"

"I got a gas from this gas station for $70, then took my receipt and left. Somehow, the next day, I was checking out my credit and saw $175 charge from 7-ELeven. I called them some guy answered and told me there is something wrong with these machines and will be fixed."

"Got to be the most disgusting 7-Eleven I've ever been in I am appalled it was so bad I had to not touch anything and use my shirt to open the door how ridiculous are you joking there's three people working and they're okay with going in that mess"

"I went to but two six packs of Modelo Negra, I paid with $40 and he said it was $25.00 and only gave me $14 a dollar short of my actual change and it's not the first time, don't leave the store until you are sure that gave you the correct amount of change, for $1 they are hurting 7-11's image"

"Used to go here pretty often until my latest visit while checking out the clerk asked me what religion I follow. Being kinda surprised by the question I gave an honest answer that I guess the clerk didn't approve of. Some remarks were made in a foreign language to the other clerk and some dirty looks before I got my change and left. Maybe don't ask personal questions because you might not always like what you're going to hear. I'll go somewhere else from now on."
