"So I am new in Austin, and I've been shopping at HEB around this gas station. I do not know the roads yet and so rely HEAVILY on my phone for GPS. So when my phone died and I had to stop at this gas to get a charger, I did not expect the WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE. I bought two charger USB-C wires that did not work on my phone, being charged from multiple appliances. After 30 mins of testing, I then asked the cashier to help me charge my phone. He first started by asking me a series of irrelevant questions, then after I had to repeat myself and ask for help charging again, he said there were no chargers... But the thing is, I could see one right behind him plugged into the wall! After I politely pointed it out, he said it was connected to "the system" and that he was not allowed to use it. I don't know if he graduated high school, but how can he not understand that a charger that is plugged into a wall outlet cannot be used to hack "the system". Anyways, after repeatedly trying to explain that the charger could not be hacked and that I could not get home without my phone, he continued saying he could not help me out. This gas station sucks!!! Go to the one right across the street, the Mexican food spot there is BOMB!!!! AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR PHONE NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!! Honestly this guy felt racist (I'm a black male) and the people behind me seemed disgusted by the whole ordeal. I did nothing to deserve this treatment, in fact I spent 30$ on useless wires. Edit: just checked and this attitude is not just me, but many others!! I can't leave 0 stars, but for real, this deserves -5 cause I felt attacked and I was asking for help. Guy was being obviously a bully and was smiling through it."

"Windshield washers at gas pumps are always empty. I guess gas customers do not matter. SAD! What do you not understand about empty reservoirs? Having a squeegee is nice but useless with out water. Maybe put a sign saying our employees are too lazy to fill with water or sorry we don't have hoses that reach that far or pumps are maintained by _____, please call 512-***-**** for assistance."

"Only giving 1 star because I can't leave 0 stars. After purchasing drink and snacks I asked where the restroom was located and I was ignored so I asked again and nothing when I asked the third time the cashier spoke to another cashier in a language that I couldn't understand (I understand English) that's when the other man said to me NO, No service. I'm completely beside myself."
