"Where to begin with this joke of a store the size of fact that they take the sliders do they make throughout the day and heat up instead of throwing them out they take him out of the hot box that's they're supposed to be kept in so that they don't start growing microbes and give people food poisoning they sit them in one of those metal racks for brownies and cookies and stuff unrefrigerated and unheat it after they've already been cooked and heated up and we'll leave them there all night so if you buy those you're going to get food poisoning from them. Then they have signs up of all these " Deals " they have going on saying stuff like three slices for $3 and then when they ring you up he brings it up for 378 saying that it's taxed I don't know how stupid you think people are but 78 is not taxed when you're spending $3.24 is the max it would come out to 3:30 if it's taking the extra half a cent too place is an absolute joke and they're going to kill somebody with food poisoning mark my words."

"I have been going to this 7/11 on William Cannon and Circle S for years. I don't know who owns it or if the people working there owns it. But, I will never go there again. The last time I was there the woman and one of the men working watched a customer like a hawk. The weren't trying to hide. Anyways, I went there this morning and the same woman watched every move I made. I was extremely hard not to say anything to her."

"Usually I don’t write reviews about 7-Eleven stores because they’re arguably the best gas/snack/convenience store chain around. But sometimes one has a bad experience that has to be shared. I ran by the location on Circle S Drive to get a quick breakfast and a drink. I grabbed two croissant breakfast sandwiches and went to the microwave. As I was opening one of them, a rather short woman called out to me if I’d paid for the sandwiches. Momentarily surprised, I said I hadn’t – my intention was to pay for them on the way out. She said I had to pay for them first, but it was her tone that bothered me the most. It arguably could be said to have been rude. And one simple sign in the microwave area would have resolved this: “Please Pay For Microwaveable Food Before Heating. Thank You.” That’s all it would have taken. Maybe a couple of these. Of course, Southland Corporation, parent company of 7-Eleven, won’t do anything that logical, and the area in which this location sits is a little bit ghetto. So I plan on avoiding this location and going to the 7-Eleven on the I-35 northbound service road next time, which I had thought this location was, when I turned into it. Just because a store sells low-end services doesn’t mean the help gets to be cold to customers."

"This is unfortunately one of the most convenient places for me so I stop here at least once a week. The fountain machines are always off or broken, the coffee is often just not there and the supplies for all of the above are out of stock. I cannot understand why this store is uniquely and consistently in poor condition when compared to any of the other nearby locations. Edit: Don't forget the insanely slow gas pumps that won't work unless you hold the handle the whole time."

"More than a couple of times I've stopped by this location and the doors are locked up with no one in sight, this last time around 5pm but also closer to 8pm and 10pm. Sat and waited about 15-20mins and saw no sign of anyone. Not sure what's going on but definitely don't stop here in the evenings if you're in any kind of hurry. Morning and midday shift seems to be open and ready to do business, it's just evening/night shift that seems to be closed at random times...."
