"i have worked at Walgreens from the front reg to the photo lab to pharmacy tech and I have never treated any of my customers the way this older lady at the register treated me today. from the start her attitude of greeting customers all the way from the photo lab with her hand propping up her head and the worst welcome to walgreens greeting I have ever heard. she started to give me attitude due to my partner not having his current photo id with him so she denied him for a purchase of cigarettes and he's 44..I completely understand she has that right to refuse any sale but me a brand new customer with a current valid id you'd think she would want the sale. she was rude and when I asked to speak to the mgr she continued to talk about the situation to the next customer as I was walking away with the mgr. what kind of customer service is this bad mouthing paying customers is this Walgreens new thing? not in any of my training classes when I worked there. i hope she has a better day and that the mgr actually does sit her down and coach her on customer service because her skills are lacking"

"The pharmacy tech person who is always posted at the in-store register is just the rudest person every time I interact with her. The pharmacy is always out of my medication, too. Terrible company, terrible store location."

"I wouldn't normally leave a review for somewhere like Walgreens but I'm fed up with being made to feel like an unwelcome annoyance every time I come it to get medicine for my kids or do a FedEx return. Compared to the equivalent at HEB or UPS everything takes longer, costs more and comes with a load of attitude"

"This review is for the pharmacy. The pharmacist was extremely helpful the first time I went in for assistance. I felt comfortable speaking with him. I went again today and Alexia really helped me out with calling different locations so I can have my script refilled. I had to return to work but the pharmacist still called me after I left to tell me which location had my prescription in stock. I truly appreciated it. Having true help seems rare nowadays. So thank y’all so much!"

"This one of the few places in Austin you can dispose your expired medications.  This is why I make a special trip to come here. The box is located in the back of the store, by the pharmacy. Store has the same specials as other locations, and the store has the same general layout. I've found employees to be friendly when I am in the store. It is at a very busy intersection, so it's best to approach it from the north or west."
