"Definitely need to work on their customer service skills. They rush customers to ask what they need (like can I review the list for a second). You can tell they don’t want to assist anyone once they see someone walk in and when you’re about to head out they just go about their business, which I understand but not even a “have a good day” or “thank you”."

"My first and last time going there. The Staff needs some serious customer service training. They do not greet you when you walk in and when they finished scanning my items the lady just turned around and walked away, no thank you have a nice day or anything. I wasn’t sure if she maybe forgot to grab something but after a couple minutes of not returning I grabbed my staff and left. It’s such a shame people apply for customers service jobs when they clearly so not have the desire to serve the customer."
"Most of the time now when you go the girls there are very rude. They don't say hi, you feel rushed, they got sour faces. You feel unwelcome. Today July 24, 2023 around 6 the girl there just gave me horrible service she treating me like I did something to her so sad that maybe somebody ruined her day before I got there that she just took it out on me. I understand she was probably overwhelmed but so sad that they are young and have that kind of bad attitude towards customers. Not going back anymore."
