"The pharmacy tech/attendant that was working at 10:00 am to 10:45 on 10/22/22 placed us on hold without even giving us a chance to say anything. We were on hold for close to 20 -25 minutes only to be hung up on. We called again and the same thing happened. People have things to do and are only trying to work around their schedules.We only wanted to know when the medicine would be ready for pick up so we wouldn’t waste any time.Maybe the person in charge of the department needs to fully staff the department or create a functioning schedule."
