"Rude cashier… happens time and time again , different people . My neighborhood store and it’s disappointing, the store is clean and merchandise displayed beautifully they can’t get anyone that can be pleasant to the customers . I walked right across the street to CVS where prices may be higher but the workers are so much nicer ."
"I was in the store for a flu shot and have only good things to say. The pharmacist who gave me the shot was professional and competent. I had the opportunity while I waited to observe a young man who I think was a tech (white male with long dark hair) answer the phone and wait on people. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful to everyone he interacted with. It was great to hear someone sound like each customer was the most important person and their needs equally important. I hope management will pass this on to these employees."
"Rude and inefficient pharmacy. They weren’t able to fill my prescription without difficulty and then they wanted to charge much more even though the discount card reflected a different price. This company must be treating employees bad. I’m guessing this is coming from their corporate structure. They are probably cutting corners, which is why they have so many unhappy workers. I went to Kroger‘s on 11th St. and Shepherd, and was able to get my same prescription filled easily with the price reflected from the discount card and good customer service with an added plus of a drive-thru."
