Walgreens

"Went to the UC next door and they sent an eRx over. Checked in to Walgreens to make sure they got it and was told the wait was 40mins. I was in town for work so I had to wait. Came in 40 min later and the tech told me I'd have to wait another 30 mins. Ridiculous. I've never waited more than 20 mins for a walk in Rx at any pharmacy. Sadly the pharmacy manager was working this shift and this just goes to show the level of poor management, communication, and lack of efficiency at this location."

"This review is specifically for the pharmacy. Most of the regular attendants and pharmacists are helpful. Sometimes they are with a lot of pressure, but I understand them. It is a hard job. However today there was a total new crew and the young attendant was nice, but, I think, who the new pharmacist is, screamed to the world what one of my medicines is for!! That should be rule #1 for pharmacists, not to disclose in front of everyone what your medicine is for! I hope they read this and train them better."

"Do I feel like a valued regular customer here, no. Do I feel like the focus of their attention when I am at the pharmacy requiring help with my prescription, NEVER. This Walgreens location is why I switched to CVS. The pharmacy staff treats me like a number every time I try to give them my family’s business. They should consider new training in order to help align the employee behavior with the interest of their customers."

"This Walgreens has been located in Weslayan Plaza for many years. I remember shopping here over twenty years ago when I worked CompUSA. I like this store. It's clean and well lighted with good merchandise presentation and few out of stocks. The store is well staffed with friendly and helpful associates."
