"It took TOO long to pick up my medications!!! There were only 3 cars ahead of me, but it took 55 mins for me to pick up my meds!! No wonder this location (corner between Dulles and Cartwright) was rated too low. Obviously The pharmacy manager really doesn’t care of how low his/her pharmacy store is rated. I WON’T recommend this store to anyone!!! Always bad experience every time I come here. Will transfer all of my prescriptions to the CVS in Sugar Land ( Eldridge and west airport)"

"Worst customer service from the pharmacist Dr (African American) she had me waiting at least 20 minutes when i arrived she was on the phone totally understandable then she said give me a min im going to help the customer on drive thru i said ok when she was done she helped other customers in line while i was at the drop off area then she answered at least 3 more calls and im standing there just looking at her never did she came back to ask me how can i help you ?If she don’t like her job and does not know how to be kind what is she doing there …Customer service should always be your priority working in a place like that you can be so busy but learn how to be kind and take care of your costumers the right way !"
