"Your experience can be very different depending on what time of the day you come here. Their system goes down all the time, after 8pm they only provide window service which causes a lot of issues and often will only accept cash, the store fully closes every night from 1am to 4am for "system updates" even though they claim to be open 24/7, and the night staff is always moody and rude. All that said, the midday and morning staff are generally pretty good and system outages are far less frequent, I've had some great service during those shifts. If I could, I would rate this store 5 stars before 8pm, and 1 star after 8pm. UPDATE 5/10/22: Went to the store at about 11am and it was closed due to system outage. No surprise there. When I called about an hour later to see if they were open, I was told they'd be closed for the next 11 days. Yes, DAYS! Eleven. 11 days. Seriously!? Something is seriously wrong at this store."

"Walked right in with no issues. The clerk said it’s closed. But the door wasn’t locked. Then I tried to get my free coffee. The one I paid $6 a month for and he says he can’t do that right now. It’s 5am. It’s time for work. Also your ad says you’re open and convenient 24hrs. This isn’t open or convenient."

"DON'T PAY WITH YOUR CARD! This is the second time that we have used a card to purchase gas and within hours someone tried to steal money from our account. Have reported it to customer service. Both times after inserting the chip it says to swipe instead. After leaving someone keyed in card information and took $99 $99 from my Chase account and on their third attempt Chase stopped them. Yesterday we put $5 gas into a customer's car, and then 2 hours later Well's Fargo called to say someone was keying in our information trying to do a sale for $75. I have reported these incidents to the store manager Mrs. Regina but she always says that what I am saying can't be true."

"I come in this store everyday to play lotto and purchase gas. Every since this store changed from Valero to Circle K it has been a hot mess.The staff are very rude! The young lady from Louisiana has a horrible attitude and talking on the phone while trying to assist you, playing music on there phone. The gas pumps stay broken, debts always broke, lotto always broken. The staff use the gas pump for parking spots. I am so sick and tired of tipping around water on the floor. When you call the complaint department, all you get is a recording with no results. They really need to clean this store up and hire friendly people that want to work. I fill like I’m forced to give you the on star that you don’t deserve."

"Went in to by cigarettes as it is close to my job I come in regularly for drinks snacks gas and cigarettes but will no longer be using this store because they have the sorriest excuse for an employee working there in the morning. I had been just letting it slide but I am just tired of dealing with this rude woman they have there from Louisiana I mean if you are having a bad day every day you don't need to work in customer service. I drive an ambulance how would you like if if I came to assist you with a funky attitude and not pay attention to your request and rude in my response I doubt you would be too happy and my not paying attention to you could cost you your life. Different jobs but they both require you be attentive and respectful. If you are not happy find a job that makes you happy don't spread your unhappiness on to me. Other than this particular employee the store and staff are great. It's clean and odor free the other ladies and gentlemen are nice and respectful. Don't let one bad apple ruin the rest. Texas is known for it's hospitality, not for being sad rude people...that's New York . I hope the owner speaks with her because her attitude is not healthy for any customer service position. Also I will be talking to corporate bright and early Monday morning do yourself a favor and if possible use another store between the hours of 7:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m store number 2567.address 9365 main st"
