"While I was at the pharmacy, I asked the pharmacy tech where is your restroom located? She tells me to go to the front to have one of the Personnel upfront open the bathroom for me. The personnel upfront says that their restroom is down and they’ve been going next-door to the Valero gas station. Someone is lying."

"Needed some OTC medication past midnight and this store was conventionally the closest open store to me. It shows up as 24 hours, but when I showed up the doors were locked. Employees were moving around the store without acknowledging the line of people outside wondering if the store was open. After reading other reviews (and wasting my time) it seems like the doors are always locked after hours. Management should notify customers by posting a paper on the door or something."

"I visited the store on Friday last week. As you can see in the picture that I provided that it says it's open 24 hours. I stopped early in the morning in order to make a purchase and the two young ladies that were there refused to let me in. I've passed through there on many occasions but never really paid attention that it was open 24 hours. I had visited the store Wednesday of that same week and the gentleman that was there let me in without any problems. Friday however there was a different response. I knocked on the door a few different times and they looked up and saw me. One young lady waved me off as if I was nothing to her. The other young woman whose picture I provided, yelled that we're the only two people in here. It makes no sense to me to be concerned about your safety and provide that information. I am assuming safety is why they did not let me in. Maybe because I didn't have my uniform shirt that day. I guess my oversized work vehicle wasn't enough. I'd hate to think it was anything else. I would love to understand why the restrooms are always out of order also. That's a different story. Maybe I need to find out when the young man works so I can visit the store only on those days. I would love to see what options you can provide. Maybe if the store is open 24 hours it should be open 24 hours."

"So I understand with the recent crime problems this CVS has had but every time I come to this 24HOUR CVS the doors are locked all lights on employees cars out front and a line on potential customers waiting outside to get in and not one employee is visible for us to see or them to see us. My husband came the other night said while the doors were still locked they did have a employee letting a few customers in at a time. Like I said is very understandable especially at 2 am but here I am trying to purchase some cold meds and juice and not one employee around and several people outside . The manager needs to get a system going for the residence That live very close to the CVS and rely on certain things after other places are closed because it’s a convenience the location being so close to our homes, so please corporate managers somebody fix the CVS"
