"I love the pharmacist, Varghese. He goes above and beyond. I have had some other pharmacy team members not listen or not understand what I was asking, but overall, the pharmacy is great. I gave it 4 stars because the store is often not stocked, and when I need to call in, my average wait time on hold is 15-20 minutes."
"We have been here twice for my wife's pregnancy medication. Both times, they have not had her meds in stock. We had to wait a week for one of her meds because it missed the truck twice. Today, they filled all but one of her meds after waiting three days. The one they didn't have, they filled in Richardson for some reason, which is up in Dallas. So, now we can't even take her prescription somewhere else. It's just been a mess dealing with this pharmacy. We will not be going back."
