"Loved their tamales the first time. The last 2 was a disappointment. They mixed in old, very old tamales with okay ones…and I mean, just okay. So disappointed with this because they are so good usually. But not recently. I bought four containers today. So disappointed…"

"The soda machines are never full the tea is often empty and they never seem to be in stock of well anything. Which is strange because if you just go a block away to the one on the corner of 1960 and 249 it is like night and day difference in the two locations. This is a super busy location so I’m not sure why it is so difficult to keep it staffed and stocked. I’m not kidding you I’ve never gone there twice and seen the same employee. Before they changed and updated this location the same employees have been there for years they knew us by name and we were always greeted like an old friend when we walk to the door. Now the employees seem confused and never friendly mostly or like they are being watched and scared to death to mess up. I don’t know what it is about the vibe in there now but it is really an unwelcoming cold feeling. versus when you go into the other 7-Eleven down the road and people are welcoming they greet you everything is fully stocked they have all the things you need for your coffee and the stuff is always super friendly. If this is a management issue or an individual franchise owner issue corporate should look into it because your employees should never look terrified if someone asks a simple question like are there lids for extra large cups. Maybe it’s an issue with training but again you should never see that look of a deer in headlights when you speak to an employee especially when it is every single employee for over two years now."

"Worst service place ever. Everything is spoiled or out dated. Brought milk and tacos this morning. Got home to give my kids their milk and it's dated 10/01/23. Today is October 14. Come back to store to get my money back it's like they don't care. Go look at the rest of milk old milk all of them in their fridge. This is not ok. I don't care if it's just a corner store."

"SLOWEST cashiers ever! Place is fully loaded with grocery and other items no doubt but when there is a big line to check out you just lane and go from the store! Thank god gas pumps have credit card option or else I doubt anyone would put gas here coz the cashiers are too slow ! Instead of attending customers they are eating and they don’t even care there is a big line ! Management needs to take action or needs to see what’s going on here!"

"Stopped buy to grab a slurpee! ! They have a nice variety of flavors here and the lady that checked me out was kind! The store was also very clean!"
