"So my first time here and had the doctor call in a prescription over a week ago and got 4 different stories of why it wasn't ready. Prescription was sent in on a Friday and got a text the next day stating all 4 rxs were ready. Went to pick up then said only 3 were ready and had to order the 4th prescription. Two days later I called because I haven't heard anything and the manager got on the phone and said she could not fill or order. My doctor then called and they told her it would get filled. Here we are a week later and still nothing. They are very rude and don't care if you are without. Rudest group of people I've ever met. No patient care at all. I work in the medical field and this is pure disgusting how they lied and acted. I don't recommend at all!!!!!"
"This CVS is nowhere near my house, but I have all of my family’s prescriptions sent here. The pharmacists are patient snd informative. When some meds are out of stock, they call around so I can get them sooner. I love the pharmacy at this CVS."
"i came to return 15 bottles of supplements i bought it online, duplicated order on 12:30 pm 10/18/2023. The cashier told me she could not accept my return because of the quantity. i do not think this CVS store honors the CVS return policy or the cashier lied to me. The receipt i had states i can return at any CVS store. She told me the maximum she can accept for a return is quantity of 2, moreover, last weeks i return 6 items of the same things without any questions. Now i understand why this store is not really busy ..."
"Didn’t catch her name. But the cashier working on 9/20/23 at 11am who took my passport photo was super sweet and professional. She got me in and out in less than 10 minutes while also providing me with very important information pertaining to passports. Very appreciated because I was a bit confused on the timesframes for passport mailing, but she explained from her own experiences and made helpful recommendations. Very friendly! Had a rude customer who was impatient who tried rushing her, but she handled it well and continued to finish with me before moving to next customer. 10/10 would have loved to catch her name but I rushed out."
