"While using the restroom at 1am on 8/21/22, the employee pounds on the door and tells me he has to clean it. I tell him I’m using it. Then, FOUR police officers pound on the door and open it while I’m washing my hands. They told me I am not allowed back because the employee doesn’t want me there and It’ll be considered criminal trespassing. For using the restroom. Can you explain to me how this is ok?"

"went to get gas today. i use 7 11 app because you can pay from app get your gas and go. i got denied twice. so i get frustrated i leave go do rest of my errands. call my credit card company they said we denied you because they were adding a $175 hold fee. really now? for $25 in gas? the app has never had a hold fee thanks for the heads up i will never go to 7 eleven again if that's how you're doing it now."

"The cashiers are so nice and they went far to check the bathroom for me and to make sure its clean and they fixed the flooded toilet. The nice gentleman even moved my stuff to the next register to check me out. Very comfortable experience."

"Was JUST in line and forgot my wallet in the car. As I started to leave, I heard an employee tell a customer, “see. Made a good customer leave.” All because he made 2 separate short transactions. I’m going to get this guys name. He has always harassed all the customers. But today I just couldn’t believe how petty he was to this poor kid. Ugh! I want him gone already."
