"My son who is 14 went to purchase some snacks after school Feb 20th. The cashier ran his purchase as gas, which held $10.48, then tried to run the purchase a second time in the same amount, in which it was declined. He was told by the cashier it declined and he left without his snacks. The "gas" purchase was pending for 3 days. The Greenlight support said I couldn't dispute it since it was pending. Then the charge went through. I hope the $10.48 "gas" purchase from the 14 year old was worth it. You should be ashamed that you are treating the high school kids like this. I am sure he probably isn't the only one. And 7-11 corporate is a complete joke. No response from them regarding this issue in over a week."

"Poor customer service. I was waiting for. 2 min. Until the lady. Stocked the pizza. And. Then she ran outside with a banana and gave it to her boyfriend or husband. Didn't say anything but that will be $12.45 and once I paid. She walked off. Bad. Bad. Bad. I won't be back"

"The vacuum has a 7/11 sign on it. I tried to use the machine and it's not showing and power. So I go in to advise the store of the issue and the first thing is, we don't have anything to do with that. Then I say, "It has your sticker on it." He proceeded to advise me that I have to call a number back to get 2 dollars in quarters rather than just say, out bad here is the money back. I heard of employees talking bad about the store but I see why they are unhappy. Hope this isn't a franchise location"

"Run down gas station. I walked in during lunch time, 12:30 pm, and none of the food looked fresh or hot. They only had 2 slices of pizza where the cheese was hard as rock on top, one order of old wings, and one order of old pizza pockets??? Young African girl at the counter was too busy on her phone instead of making sure items were stocked for customers. I decided to grab a chicken taquito and when I ate it, I discovered it was actually steak. So the taquitos weren't even placed in the right spot according to the labels. I also wanted a Coke Zero and they had none of those. I asked the woman behind the counter if she could make some fresh pizza for me, she mumbled something, then disappeared for 5 minutes. I ended up just leaving. Also, the place is very filthy. I wouldn't trust their food handling. My cousins own 3 7-11s and they are nothing like this place. I am shocked at how the franchise is letting these lazy owners get away with this."

"This is a very good location I really like the people who work there Kat, bill, Josh, Kim, and all the other people that work at this location are always really nice to me very helpful one even help me out on one occasion where I couldn't pay for my gas and she paid $5 for gas for me. She paid for it on her own credit card. They go out of their way to be as helpful as possible they are always super nice this location is a very good location I've met the owner and the owner is really nice she was really nice to me. This will be the location that I will go into the 7-Eleven located at 1700 William D Tate in Grapevine which is at the other end of Mustang from this store is horrible do not go into the 1700 William D Tate 7-Eleven the staff that works there is very rude if you read the review that I wrote I explained the reason why that I feel this way. But this location on Ira e Woods is awesome I love going to the 7-Eleven. I would give them more stars if they were available."
