"If this is the store on the corner of Collins and Park Row and the manager is or was Debbie, it's a great store. Erika is or was an employee there. She was always happy and willing to help me find what I came in to purchase. Reviews are opinionated . So, I go by my own experience."

"The fact that I can't go in there with my work backpack on, but they don't say anything about people having BIG as purses with them that could fit way more stuff than my backpack pack feels kind of idiotic!"

"I will never go into this store again. There is a red headed lady named Katherine/Katy that works in there and she is always so rude and insulting to customers. She has personally made the store look bad by picking fights about whos on register and whos on the floor with the other employees, in front of customers. She doesnt understand the coupon world AT ALL. And wont allow you to use the paper coupon 5 off 25 that is printed because she says it should be under the phone number. And if you question her about it she just tells you to get out and shes not ringing you up anymore. I am going to also write a review to corp/email she should not be in customer service. OR needs to go back to training. And telling people shes a MANAGER when clearly she is NOT. I would be suprised if I was the only one who has tried to call and complain about her. update: 10/30/23--no one has yet to reach me in resolving or even an apology. what a waste of time and i feel horrible for future customers who have to deal with her."

"This store desperately needs attention or needs to be closed. It looks run down both inside and out. There is a really bad smell throughout the store. It smells like food that has gone bad or something rotten. There is a ceiling leak right in front of one of the cash registers where someone has put down a small plastic bin to catch the water. Corporate, please invest some additional time and money into maintaining this place. It's not fair to your employees who have to work in those conditions, and it's not overlooked by your customers."

"I visited this location wanting to buy a few needed items. Before I started my shopping I was looking for a restroom. I then found an open area thinking maybe i will find a restroom here I then try to enter before Rosa stops me and can I help you in a very rude way. I then yes I’m looking for a restroom she then no we don’t public restrooms. Then she tells me plus you can’t go in there without permission. I’m like umm do I need permission to go to the restroom? She then tells me you just don’t have permission to enter. This was a very open area no signs of no entering or employees only. This location has a very rude and unprofessional assistant manager (Rosa). Rosa needs training in customer service she could deliver the message in a better way."
