I also saw that one of the workers was organizing a few items on the shelf (while wearing gloves) once she got behind the food area she quickly changed into new ones & was ready to help. Thank you all for carrying those smiles while working hard regardless of everything that is going on around the world!"

"Tea dispenser super nasty, It has mold all the time.. Not to mention the restrooms really disgusting!!! & manager Ana Lopez really rude doesn't know how to manage her store always dirty.. I don't Recommend this Stripes/7-eleven.."

"Today for my lunch hour I when and got my self a 64 is cup and pour my self some "fresh brewed tea" when I took a huge sip and it was like slimy and I decided to open the lit to the tea there was mold in there. Never again I'll buy anything from here"

"One employee at this particular location, he works the early morning shift (every time I've gone and he's there, it is just before 5am), fat-fingers the register and charges the wrong amount for the wrong item. Instead of apologizing or even just changing the order and fixing the situation, he takes his embarassment at feeling stupid out on the customer. All three transactions I've had with this cashier, every single one he charged the completely wrong amount ($73 in gas for $7 for example). First encounter I had to argue with him to make him correct it, with him getting so snotty calling me a liar that the manager had to all but tell him to shut up. Today when going in, I held up my used fountain drink cup, making sure he saw me enter with it. Got to the counter, again saying it was a refill, as he had not only charged me full price, but he had charged me for a 64 oz at $1.99 +tax, which I had a 44 oz cup. So even if it hadn't have been a refill cup, it STILL would have been incorrect. I simply told him I believed it should be about $1.07 for a refill of this size. He jist told me I" should've told him to begin with that it was a refill". I don't know what's wrong with this cashier, I don't know why he can't do simple calculations or even press the correct button, and I don't know why he insists on insulting customers for no reason, but that is just one more reason why this location is going downhill. In addition to that, they have TWO full menu fountain machines, with neither having a working Dr.Pepper, among other flavors, for going on months. Their taco orders are always either wrong tacos, incorrectly charged or marked on the bag, or just badly made in general. All in all, a pretty sad location. If I could give zero stars, I would in a heartbeat."

"Stripes convenience stores are all over south Texas or perhaps I should say all over Texas... however, here in deep south Texas, their speciality is flour tortilla tacos. Especially in the morning, their breakfast tacos can not be beat! They have at least 20 different inds of breakfast tacos. From the simplest bean tacos to specialities like "chiliquies" (a mixture of corn tortilla pieces fried up with eggs, meat, chili peppers and other spices). They also have lunch specials including fajita tacos and chicken fajita plates, along with other traditional regional food. The flour tortillas are hand made fresh each day, as is the rest of the food. I highly recommend all the Stripes stores for excellent food and reasonable fuel prices."
