They grab carts full of things to buy and only purchase half the items and just leave the items on any random aisle."

"Over a freaking hour to pay??? Really??? There are some of us that have kids and kids get annoyed. Some of us don’t have anyone that can take care of our kids either!! It is so frustrating that you found everything you wanted at great prices and then you have to leave the store and leave your shoppings behind because the lack of cashiers at this business. You all need to either hire more start at the cash register or put self checkouts….. How can you guys have two dam cashiers on a Sunday??? Come on BURLINGTON do better……."
"Wow I’ve been in some very disturbed and mismanaged stores but this Burlington in Donna of which is a new one takes the #1 spot. It was so disorderly that even where where this were to be located we’re baskets filled of merchandise that I guess they expected you to rummage through to find what you were looking for. I should have expected the worst when you walk up to a store at the opening and the trash containers outside are so full that around them are trash piled up and the wind blowing it into the street. See the pictures below. Inside the story was just as close to the outside. The people inside were hard at work trying to put Humpty Dumpty back together again for another day of shame by management."
