Adriana and Jackie, who took our call for help, were just so kind and so accommodating! And the helpers they sent were wonderful! What a relief in such a crisis on our end. And we are so pleased with my Dad's regular caregivers! Niya and Evelyn are sweet hearts! Niya is literally sunshine so early every morning!! And Evelyn, is so patient with my Dad. "Our family was so fortunate to have learned of Brightstar from our Palliative Care doctor. We had incredible caregivers for both our dad and then 7 months later, our mom. Mom required 24/7 care and the caregivers were unbelievable: kind, caring, compassionate and gentle. Not only did mom love them, but we did too. She was in such capable and loving hands. We felt so lucky mom could be at home, in her own bed, with her dog, for her final weeks, which is exactly where she wanted to be. We were able to spend wonderful time with her without having to worry if we were coming in and out, especially during the night. A special thank you to Teeyonshay, Carletta, and Tina and the rest of the team for making mom comfortable and tending to her every need with love and concern.
