There are windows throughout the store which makes the pianos shine! There are several private practice rooms where lessons are taught. The piano I purchased was used but in very good shape with spectacular sound. The owner Andrzej personally assured a smooth delivery and even took away my old broken piano. "Andrzej and his team of 3 moved my Baldwin SD-10 9 ft concert grand professionally and took perfect care of her. They really knew what they doing. They were careful to wrap the cabinet and also took extra care with the leg removal and set-up as my model has tricky double locks. After set up Gene whom he brought with, made sure to check the action to see if anything had settled during moving the instrument. Andrzej even played some Chopin after! It sounded beautiful. I can tell Sound Conservatory really cares about pianos, and the work they do. These are real piano movers and musicians; not amateur furniture movers. Your instrument is in safe hands. I even felt comfortable on this move to walk away and do other tasks while they completed the move. Recommended ....best move I've ever had with a 9ft concert grand."
"Sound Conservatory just moved a parlor grand piano to our home and did a fantastic job! Unlike regular moving companies, they are obviously professionals in music and knew exactly how to set up the piano and even clean the inside, and give instruction on care and maintenance. Highly recommended!"
