"In October of 2020, we experienced roof damage. We hired Powerhouse to do the repairs and to negotiate with insurance to cover the damage from wind/hail. It’s now nearly October 2021 and we paid for the entire job but still have a gaping hole in our ceiling. Nobody remembers who we are when we call to ask."
