"They came out late on a Saturday afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem. The damper on the boiler exhaust was not opening, which prevented it from lighting ( a safety feature). They opened the damper manually so that I could have heat while they ordered a part. They did NOT try to upsell anything and they did NOT try to talk me into buying a new boiler. When the part arrived, they showed up 40 minutes early and the repair was done in under a half-hour. The cost was what we agreed on and I am very satisfied...! I will recommend them to others.....!"

"My AC hadn't been working for a year. I called Angie's List and Randy called me back right away. My HVAC system was in a complicated space, located in my bedroom. Randy and Henry (I think that is his name--forgive me!) came out, saw where it was located and made suggestions on how to fix the issue. The main issue was the location. They suggested moving the HVAC system down into the closet. I would lose my bedroom closet but at least I could have the system serviced with no issue in the future. Randy was very responsive through the whole process. The process took 3 days and they really did an amazing job with a very complicated situation. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable and reasonable (considering the nature of the job and other quites i received). Thank you for a job well-done!
