"Dont bother trying to call, they just keep putting you on hold, they dont even bother saying ‘please hold’ or ‘be right with you’. As I am writing this review Im at 11 minutes 15 seconds still on hold with three times they picked up and put me right back on hold."

"I been living in morton grove for 20 years and come in to this Walgreens sense , I made an appointment for vaccinations for 12 noon it is now 12:40 and after 2 attempts and let them know I have to go back to wrk here is my lunch time, MAYBE BECAUSE I LOOK LIKE ANYONE or they just dismissed a working person or may be TO HISPANICS , YOU DESIDE THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYONE BEFORE ME. This is @ THE PHARMACY If you are a foreigners I RECOMEND YOU TO GO ELSE WHERE"

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER by a pharmacist!! Woman was so rude and abrasive!! Don’t go here. If you call be prepared to wait over 40 minutes for someone to MAYBE answer. If you go in person again, be prepared to wait over 40 minutes. This is a nightmare"

"Evil phone system. Whether or not there are other callers queued ahead of you, if the pharmacy doesn't want to talk to you, they just put you back in the hold queue and at a 15 minute time limit your call is automatically disconnected."

"The Pharmacy is incredibly slow and do not care about the customers. They are rude and and will have you waiting an hour.. I tried calling for a quick question and everyone they picked up and said “ can you please hold” which is a question but instead doesn’t wait for your response and puts you on hold for an hour.. I had enough time to drive to the place and wait in line and get there in person just to let them know I’m on the phone and in person and they seem to be more than capable of answering a phone call for a minute. I see them standing around maybe have no idea what to do or just slow or don’t care about their job especially working in a field where people are expecting medication. I’m going to switch Walgreens for my medication ASAP! I only wrote this review because I’ve been in the drive thru with 4 other cars for 45 minutes! Shaking my head. This is ridiculous! If you want to waste your time come here."
