"I needed to pick up a prescription for one small bottle of eye drops, which I waited over 25 minutes for. There were almost no people there, after I reminded myself - the pharmacist named Gervasis still kept me waiting for 15 minutes. You didn’t have to do anything special, just give the bottle (not count a certain number of tablets). Just terrible service."

"Would give 0 star if i could. Bad experience with one magnet photo. Came to pick up twice after I got the email, but they said machine to print is broken. Fine.. came up a week later, after called in and confirmed that they have the order ready, and received the order with just a photo, not in a magnet. i just left and told them to cancel the order. did not cancel. had to call in and ask them to cancel it. Now, 12/2024, A year later, i made the mistake of ordering another magnet photo here. Came pick up after i got the order complete email, employees spent 10 minutes to find it. Inside envelope, low and behold, another photo without a magnet. How stupid of me to think they could improve..."

"This store looks like stinky place! But couple employees are GREAT ÷ Daisy is very smart and another young lady = she is supervisor of this place = she is petite person= very smart and helpful !!!"

"I was being rung out for my items and had asked the cashier to check on the price of one of the items. She started to huff under her breath like she was being inconvenienced. I asked her to ring the 2 items to see what the price was as it was under the BOGO, but looked it was under the wrong sign and if that was the case, we could just take one off. She dropped the F bomb out of frustration because she couldn't figure out how to void one of the items and I was appalled and completely shocked. She called up a manager and as she did that she dropped the F bomb AGAIN. The manager came up and I told him what the employee just did and he ignored me and just walked to the other register. I've never been so blatantly disrespected like that before. This is not the only time that I have experienced the worst customer service at this location. I told him I would be notifying corporate and he just said, she's a trainee. Even if it was her first day, nobody should be treating a customer like that ever."

"Don't waste your time coming to this Walgreens. They never have prescriptions ready and if you try to call in advance and check you are bound to be put on hold for hours or in my case get hung up on! DO NOT go this this Walgreens there is a reason why the reviews are this low."
