"I am sad to say my experience with this business was NOT the best and I would NOT recommend these services to upcoming brides. My fiancé and I hired Mariana for partial wedding planning and floral arrangements for our wedding. It was always extremely hard to get ahold of her and she even failed to show up to an appointment we had made with her. I sent her a message the night before to confirm the appointment with no answer. However, my fiancé and I still showed up to find that she was not there. We called, messaged, etc. with no reply, explanation or apology. When she was confronted by the woman responsible for our venue, Mariana told lie after lie. We also found out we were not the only ones receiving this terrible service and this is when my fiancé and I knew we would be firing her. She told us she would gladly refund us our deposit and we “should receive it in the next few days.” Week after week we never received it in the mail. I would call her office every week to get answers and no one could help me out. Finally I received her business partner’s number (Priscilla). She was very nice, extremely helpful and helped us get our refund. I do compliment her for her actions. However, for any bride needing assistance, questions answered and simply want to feel at ease that someone has your back in the wedding planning process, I unfortunately do NOT recommend this business."

"Bouquet was nice but not what I wanted after I had sent her pictures of what I wanted and also went in person to explain to her what I wanted she ended up not doing what I wanted for my wedding Bouquet.. ...also last payment I went to do she told twice to wait for her helped other people (when I was the first one there) I really had the worst customer service. After I sent her a message that my bouquet was missing the burgandy she offered me a a full refund ...which I didn't accept I just did let her know that was not what i wanted . ***clearly she doesn't make sense in her response ...I am the bride I ordered it myself for me it was for no one else"

"I heard great things about Southern Social, so naturally I went to check it out. I needed 2 bouquets, one for photos (3 days before) and one for my wedding day. I sent and showed her a picture and was told it would be done The exact same way. The day of my wedding photos my flowers were wilted and my bouquet looked nothing like the one I had asked for. I was super disappointed since that specific bouque was literally going to last forever in my photos. She then insisted we work on the wedding bouquet together, but with 2 days until my wedding it seemed like I literally had a million things to do and working on my own bouquet was not one of them. The day of my wedding my bouquet was 10x's nicer than the one I received the day of my pictures, but yet it still wasn't exactly what I wanted. I specifically wanted my groom to have a peonie to match me on his piece, but instead got a rose like everyone else. Don't get me wrong, her customer service was great and she's very reasonable with working in your price range, but the product delivered wasn't 100% my vision and not what I thought I was paying for."

"Mariana is the go-to place for your floral needs! My husband and I hired her on as our florist for our wedding and we truly are blessed we had someone like her bring our vision to life. She’s attentive and kind and eager to make your ideas come to life! We recommend meeting with her a few times to ensure you A) get what you truly want and B) to help her see your vision as much as possible! She’s amazing and extremely capable. She’s reasonable in price and her work is lovely. Go to her!"

"Mariana made our dream wedding come true! She and her team worked so hard to make it perfect for us, and it really was. If I could do it all over again, I would book her again in a heart beat!
