"I needed a Casket spray last minute. Mind you, I really didn’t even know where I had to start. I used Google and found Gloria’s website. It was online, there were photos AND I could order online AS WELL AS they can deliver? It was 7pm and I saw they had the WhatsApp phone number. I texted it, assuming I’d hear back the next day. But nope, they texted me back right away and answered my question. They did the flowers so quickly and they were so beautiful. I was blown away by the service and the flowers."

"bad experience. :( i got sent flowers by them and 1) they put the wrong name. as you can tell from my profile, my last name is Garcia, not Garza. also, it looks like a 6 year old wrote this… they messed up and instead of getting another piece of paper to fix their mistake, they just decided to write over it and keep going. it literally takes 2 seconds to grab a fresh piece of paper and make sure it looks good. the flowers were very pretty, but this was a surprise, so the only things i noticed when i got told i got flowers was the messy message and my name not really being on there. ANSWERING THEIR COMMENT BELOW: maybe if you took a little less time being petty and making sure your work achieves greatness in every aspect, you’d have an over the top business. why didn’t you address my name being wrong or the fact that things were misspelled, of course you’d only focus on the handwriting part. and as you can see, i didn’t complain about the handwriting, i complained about the mistake made, not having the proper steps to be fixed and provide an even more beautiful arrangement than what it already was."
