"Bought a chain at a good price. They always have great firearms on display. It's definitely worth stopping by. Friendly staff"

"Don't recommend. Waste a little more gas and go somewhere else. They give zero customer satisfaction."

"I frequent pawn shops weekly, but this was the only near me open on a Sunday. First and last time customer, probably the most il informed ignorant store associate I've ever dealt with by far, what's worse is she was confident in her stupidity. I bring a Ryobi Router with bit set still in the case (retail $109) and a Craftsman Table Saw 8 months old (retail $149) she asks what I am "trying to get". I replied $90 which is 35% of retail and a standard for tool loans options anywhere else. She then says "if it's new why is there some rust on the blade" I said the blade is $10 and not part of the saw, I left it on so you couod see that the saw works. Evidently she didn't know that metal will rust rust when exposed to any moisture. I showed her the manufacture date of 5/22 showing that the saw brand new. She oddly refers back to the slight rust on the blade?? I'm like I can put a spare blade on it if that's got you so troubled. She then offers me $40 (20% of retail) and $10 on a Ryobi Router and bit set with a case still (10% of retail)! I went to to another Pawn Shop down the road and got my $90 quickly no questions asked..such a disappointing experience, they just lost a potential weekly customer. Please be careful who you let negotiate with your customers, it's truly. Reflection of your business model, maybe she's good with jewelry but had no business talking to me about tools. I'm not judging this place on the fact we didn't reach a deal, it's more the ignorance she displayed in the process."

"who sells a used switch for $330. I Walk in trying to get help then some guy snaps at me because he's in a bad mood or something. I don't want to be serviced by him so then the manager services me and lowballs me half of the money for a gun... And then keeps running her mouth trying to make me look stupid. Do yourself a favor and don't come here."

"Shop has policy to try to write down private information about you before you purchase. I came here to purchase an item. Was paying with my card. Jessica and Patricia were who I was dealing with. I made the purchase with my credit card. Patricia asked to see my ID before running the card. I said sure, happy that you make sure someone else isn’t spending my money. She checked my state issued drivers license with my photo and name on it which matches the card. Said ok great. Then she ran my card and put the charge on it. Then she said ok, before you sign I need to write down your drivers license number and your date of birth on paper. I said what for? She said it was company policy. I told them they didn’t need to write down my drivers license number or date of birth, I don’t need to give that information. They hassled me for a good while. I have never faced this situation at any pawn shop out of hundreds I’ve been to and any store in general anywhere. They already checked my ID to verify I was card owner, I was about to sign the receipt with my signature. They said we aren’t selling you the item then. I said fine. Both of them including manager Jessica didn’t know how to void the transaction. I waited for over 20 minutes for them to figure it out. There’s no reason they needed that information. Jessica was nice, just blindly following a stupid invasive policy. Patricia was snooty about me not being ok with giving them my private information that I am not required to give to make a purchase. I won’t be coming back here again. Advise others not to as well. Your identity and personal information is at risk by their unnecessary invasive policies. Stupid that they would not allow me to make a purchase after showing them my state issued official drivers License and paying with my card."
