"The most unfriendly & unattended employees ever!! I walk in, only customer there mind you! No greeting No acknowledgment that I had even walked in the door! The lady is too busy sitting down watching Tv, the same with the other guy. Then he seemed like it was such an inconvenience to get up and show me a James Avery charm. Needless to say, I did buy the charm only for the fact that it is retired and very rare. But they will never have my business again!! Train your staff on better customer service considering your customers are the ones that pay your paycheck!!"

"This places sucks. Never anything new always the same stuff time after time. There's been a gold coach purse thats been there for over a year not to mention half the stuff in there. Well today I was looking at a tv and the remote did not work when the sticker on the tv said "with remote." So I asked if I could take the remote apart and fix it and the manager said exactly "If you want a tv with a working remote they sell them at walmart." Well I found my tv at Cash America pawn wgere the woman was super helpful and friendly. Ever since Mr. Allen (i think that the right spelling) passed away this paen shop has gotten so bad."

"I have visited a lot of pawn shops at several locations through out the state of Texas and there are only a very few pawns shops that to me are worth my time going to pawn my jewelry. They are the only ones I know of that give you the absolute best return on your "gold" investment over other pawns in the state just short of going to a jewelry exchange that may give you 100% of the "melt value" of your gold per the current stock market price Keep in mind you will rarely get your return back on any "gem stones" regardless if you go to a pawn or gold exchange in your area."
