"I love supporting things like this. However, these dudes are checked out. We got there, drove in from Temple, waited a 1.5hr. We saw the train going in the distance when we arrived so we figured it was running behind. Eventually a dude walked by seemingly by coincidence to say, oh yeah it’s broken. I noticed as I was driving away that he didn’t bother to put up the closed sign or any other kind of notice. I’m a bit cursed with trains. My toddler loves them but we keep missing them, they break, or the lines are massive."

"My favorite spot in Austin. It has vintage vibes and so beautiful. There is a restroom, playground and a picnic area."

"My kids loved it. After the first ride with my kids, my son wanted an individual experience. He bought the ticket from the ticket stand, waited for the train to arrive at the list time, waited in line, got in, and handed over this ticket to the conductor. The staff was nice and friendly"

"Such a cute train! Very inexpensive for a 15 minute ride. Will definitely keep coming back. There is a restroom and tables as well."

"We arrived just after the train left. The train departs at 15 min after and 45 min after. There is a small wooden train to play in but not much else to entertain kids. My husband found a ball and that kept our 9 year old entertained for a bit. Maybe some yard games like horseshoes or a big checkers board would help the older kids during the wait time. The ride was entertaining. We will check back at Halloween time!"
