"Not worth any stars! Zero! I wish all Cash America Pawns would close down! This location definitely needs to close down! Unprofessional, not clean and they are not applying the extra money towards the loan! They are pocketing some of what you add and your amount isn't going down! This location has been robbed several times and the parking lot is terrible making it hard to find parking! When I get my item, I am done with Cash America Pawn for good especially this raggedy, old, lazy employee having location!"

"I had bought a headset from them, took it home and tried playing on it, my husband tried everything to figure out what was wrong. No sound was coming from them at all! Went back to return them, they said we had to put a warranty just so we can have all out money back! Wasn't even 24h!! So basically that's how yall make yalls money accept junk sell it to your customers and take half their money if it didn't work like it's their fault it didn't. Scamming at its finest!"
