"Despite talking to the clerk, some of the items that appear to be on sale on the rack weren't charged properly. I'm also not, but I thought their layout was a bit confusing and not efficient. Perhaps that's just me."

"I purchased my ring at the jewelry department years ago but I had paid for a Lifetime plan so that if I ever had issues that they would take care of it. I came in a month ago to have it restored cleaned and sized. Then whenever I call the girl keeps telling me that it’s not ready that they will call me. It’s been over a month already and nothing! I keep getting the same excuses. It shouldn’t take that damn long for just a clean and resize! I could’ve taken my ring to a jewelry store and it would’ve been done in 2 days!"

"I arrived to take portraits with my family. The blonde girl at the portrait center was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was complaining that she had to do her job. She huffed and puffed like the big bad wolf. Then she said her “camera wasn’t working.” We could clearly tell she was lying because when we arrived she said she had another appointment coming. Accommodating customers to the best of your ability should always be the goal. It’s unfortunate that we were forced to another location all because she wasn’t willing to do a job that she asked for."

"Did a family photo session and Kim was amazing! She got so many great photos with our 6 month old. I was so nervous before the shoot but she had great poses and did so many sweet things to get our little smiling. Bought the entire digital album."

"The store is clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were clean as well. However, the drains smell of sewage. I was annoyed that they had sizes all around my size but not my size. When shopping for toddler and little kid clothes I ran into the same issue. The wait time to check out was long. One cashier walked off rather than tend to the line. We watched one of the cashiers be berated by a rather mean and entitled woman. The cashier never stopped smiling and was very patient with her. She was super kind when it was our turn and the previous customer did not affect her attitude or professionalism. We had a great shopping trip."
