"Sadly there ia a pool no one can use..empty space with no water for a long time. Water facet wrapped and unable to use.restrooms are locked up. In seeing this me think they do not want anyone to use. No wonder one goes there. No track to walk like some parks. During theaw harsh times people need to exercise for their physical and mental health. Families are suffering great loss. People need to get outside their homes obviously not in large groups. As long as law enforcement. Is monitoring these areas why not. Go for a walk..fathers play catch..etc.."
