"Sold me a set off snap-tools. Thinking they worked. Paid $800 just to find out it didn’t work. And was told by (ANA DOMINGUEZ ) that they could sell me stuff that didn’t work, for the simple reason they bought (the pawn shop) it like that. Was asking to get the 2 batteries that they sold me replaced or exchanged. They didn’t want to hear me.( Ana didn’t even want to do anything about my problem. Didn’t even want to hear me out) which sucks as a client"

"DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, they are thieves, I went and made 2 payments in total, they were 230$, I gave 100 cash and 130 on my card and they stole the 100$ OSCAR was the one who wanted to steal them, I went and complained and now someone else helped me I think it's just as bad as the OSCAR... they gave me my other receipt now if I deducted the $100 according to there was an error if I didn't realize where my $100 would have gone???? save how much they have not stolen from people BE CAREFUL!!!!!"
